Step one in buying a home is getting pre-approved.  This gives you peace of mind and leverage!  A simple phone call can get the ball rolling with no out of pocket costs to you. Robert's cost are minimal and are often paid in this market by the seller at closing.  A lender letter is always presented with an offer and should state that the buyer is "approved"  with conditions only on the condition and appraisal of the home you are purchasing.

Robert shops rates daily and has access to hundreds of investors who compete for his business.  Because of his volume he gets the best rates.  No one works more closely with Lenders than Realtors.  Although a buyer may work with the lender of their choice we have found Robert to be outstanding,  having never had a failed transaction with him and feel confident in referring him.
